Grown in Balnarring, on a site we have managed since 2016, the grapes were picked in the hot February sunshine when bright, lively & acidic. We riddled & disgorged this bubbly by hand, leading to a process spanning nearly three years in the making… and here we have it! A special occasion wine, with very few bottles made!
